    Standing Curls w/ bar, preacher, incline bench, rack, standing hammer w/ dumbells, use the rope on the rack and do hammers, also use the machines occasionally and do waterfalls till I die. They just wont grow but my tits and lats are making my workout shirt tear apart.

    Guess I should add Tris to this as well

    Skull crushers, over the head back extension things, rack pull downs, over the head extensions, if you cant tell I dont know the names to all the workouts I do.

    Throw in some EZ bar curls (close grip and wide grip) that's the "wavy" bar ... I used to do arms twice a week... Chest/Try, Back/Bi, and then Bi/Tri ... On days where I did a major muscle group and a smaller group I went HEAVY. On Bi/Tri day I went lighter, to shape the muscle.. You might wanna try that.. Also like I said it's kinda genetics at that point... Also you're high in BF% so you really wont see your arms true shape until you cut up a bit.. <3

    Also I did arms yesterday and I know people say this but I swear people we're fucking 'MIRIN bro's! haha... getting all vascular in my arms to biceps... crazy

    I do the EZ standing and seated, both grips. Arms happen twice a week but they oscillate with back and chest. I don't care about the shape, I just want to expand them to 16-17". With my post though, it looks like I need to focus more on tri's.

    Yes.. Tri's play a huge roll in getting a big bicep... I never realized that back when I first started lifting... So I actually try to go super heavy on triceps (because you need them for chest day anyways)

    Three sets of ten;), most I ever did was 110 three of 10. Love me some skull crushers. Gets hard after 90, fucking bells are so wide it claps out my back with every rep.:)

    So at what bf% would you start to see the V on your stomach from your hips ? Im perfectly fine with never having a 6 pack but want that V. Is it something with genetics cause it seems like guys get it with all different bf%

    Over the head standing for 100, do 90 on the flat bench, haven done those in awhile as the benches are always taken.
