    my trainer uses calipers... BROTIP! if you want to be accurate on BF% make sure you have the same person check you each time... so that way its accurate (different people have different styles of BF checking)

    My arm genetics fucking suck. My triceps and biceps are more long, so they never look big, unless I'm actually lifting. They're 16.5, which I'm happy with, but my arms are long, so it just doesn't look as big as I'd like them to. Fucking hate being an ecto.

    I'm at ~12-14% and I can just barrrrrrely see mine w/o flexing, but it's pretty prominent when I flex

    You should get on this new approach I have devised. I stuck my nose in my old Army PT book from when I was deployed. Completely forgot about the routine I used to be 180 and still run a 1330 2-mile. The D train is ready for you brosef.
