Yes it has, so if you had to guess my bf% what would you think it is. I'm 6 foot 218lb down from 250lb

 

I'd say anywhere from 15-20%

I'm probably around 12 right now, but am scared to check...with our 4-5 snowpacalypse days, I got a little out of control

nah 8-10% is Athlete 10-15 is Healthy 8% - below unhealthy/bodybuilder

 

Cool if I had to guess I would say I was well above 20% when I was at 250lb, Im hoping if I get down right around 210lb I will be happy. Then once summer is over I will clean bulk and try and get some of the muscle I lost from 250lb

Kinda crazy, i know a couple pro/heavy weight competitors. When they cut for comps. then start 3 months out and do 1 hr or cardio in the morning and 1hr of cardio in the evening. 2hrs of cardio a day = fuck me!! I used to do an hour in the morning and that sucked. Thankfully it was a golds gym with a tv screen on the treadmill.

 

I do 15min of cardio a day while at the gym and like an hour on the weekends when I run around the lake by my house which is rare
