Guys, just so you're aware, depression is the 3rd most frequent Medical condition diagnosed, and is the #1 Emotional Disorder in the U.S.A.
It is referred to as the 'Common Cold' of mental health disorders!

 

Thanks for posting this Darrin. I've lost a friend to depression...he appeared to be the happiest carefree guy on the surface. Always the life of the party, but he had some issues that he didn't let anyone know about or try to help with. It was a shock to all of us...it really affected his dad, who took his own life less than a year later.

Depression sucks, but its treatable. I applaud your efforts to raise awareness and increase the network of support for those who need it.

Depression affects such a large portion of us and, unless you know what signs and symptoms to specifically look for, it usually goes unnoticed and untreated. It can be attributed to a multitude of things that are even out of our control; brain chemistry (hormones), genetics, brain trauma..
I didn't mean for the health lecture, what I was getting at is Thank You very much from all of us for your support!
