The Bracketing for the HDR if you're doing bracketed pictures.

I've had good luck so far with my adapter. the 50mm 1.8 is a not bad lens to have though. It's dirt cheap and does what it's told. But if you've ever used a USM you're going to hate it FYI.

You're going to like that lens a lot! It's a ton of fun. Watch using the flash wide open though. The lens will actually pick up the shadow of itself from the light.

Also got to watch the corners cause it'll distort like you've never imagined.

Like so. Notice the vehicle and his arms.

But you can pull off some nice scenery pics! (Yes this HDR is overblown.)

Comes with all the regular warranty? Adorama is reputable so I wouldn't worry.

For you fans of HDR, Trey Ratcliff has released an HDR tutorial you might like to see.

 Considering your handle on here I would have expected yellow sleds and a sledbed to be added to that list.

Personally I try not to spend all my money on Double Guns, truck and camping equipment, photography, women, fine food and drink, fly fishing, and dogs. I try to save some to spend foolishly.....

Lol, yeah I sold my sled a few years ago. I almost bought 2 last year, but the guy wouldn't come down on price, then it was spring. This winter has sucked so I'm glad i didn't.

I went sledding last week. In the BWCA Wilderness where no engines are allowed. Center of the lake and North is Canada.

Just got another 8 inches here at home over the last 24 hours and a blizzard to add insult to injury. Spring is a long ways off here.

That looks peaceful. I haven't even had to plow this year, That's how lame or winter has been.

35-42 will be a 50mm equivalent depending on the size of your sensor.
I think 42mm does it for Nikon, but it's so close that if you just go to anything in the 35-45 range, you're going to get the neutral distortion characteristics of 50mm. I tend to set mine for 35mm, then work up or down if I can't physically get my body to a position for proper composition.
My Nikon 55-200 is an Adorama refurb. It's a great lens, but it's kinda' taken a back seat to the new Tamron 70-300 (wish the Tamron had VR though).

They ship in the original packaging and you can't tell them apart from a new lens. They are refurbed by the manufacturer... nobody wants crap to have their name on it.

I like it as is but maybe you should crop it and then compare them side by side to see which one you like better. After all it doesn't matter what we think about it since it is your photography.
