    I thought that might be the case, but it seems odd that it would stop perfectly at 600psi and not some random number...

    And what would I do with +3.5" uppers? Custom fab extended lowers from my factory lowers? Or drive around like this: haha

    Ha. You would call chaosfab and order a new set of lowers and have a very inexpensive LT set up is what you would do.

    There's not much else required besides uppers and lowers. A few bolts, but you can get those at the hardware store. I think his ORI's would work with LT no?

    TC LT kit= $2900+ shipping

    TC lowers ~$1500+nuts and bolts and trading me something cool for my uppers=cheap LT. Cheap go fast is cool.

    Got ya. Don't know why I didn't think they would sell the kits in pieces. I'm probably going to need heimed uppers as well though since I am basically going to solid mount my lowers in a couple weeks. How much I solid mount them will depend on if how much of a problem they are down the road.

    Plus my savings account is about as low as I want to take it right now. So I'd be sitting on those uppers for quite some time...

    No he would need new top hats for his ORIs i think..they are 8'' but im not totally sure on that..

    Might be able to just flip his current top hats..

    1500 for LT..deal right there!

    of course your also forgetting...CVs..Steering extenstions..Limit straps..

    Would be sweet, but I would also need some fenders and axles...

    I'm not sure if my ORI's would work. Maybe if I put some 2 or 3" spacers on them. They have 8" of travel, but I don't think they would extend long enough. They are my limit straps up front right now (they are designed to be with an internal bump).

    Tie rod extensions is another good one. Don't need straps per se, since the ORI's are straps themselves.

    I forgot about axles. Fuck, this was an expensive build. Eh, I suppose I'll keep them for spares or something.

    Yeah... I think I see why a lot of desert guys stick with Prerunners. So much simpler and cheaper to build! Would have saved me like $1500 alone on a front locker and front ring and pinion + install...

    Oh? I haven't looked into it too much, but it seemed like the travel numbers for all the 2nd gen kits were about the same whether 2wd or 4wd.

    solo's kit is the only kit that sorta "keeps" up..and its not really a tested kit..like 3 people have it..

    the exactly TC kit for your truck pulls 16'' on a prerunner vs 14 for you.

    Yeah but that's not 20" all day long. That is 2 more inches over the 4wd. You could probably get some custom RCV's that can handle the extra couple inches of travel.







    I drained the N2 line this morning and filled it back up at the shop and the regulator maxed out at 880 psi. So looks like it may have just been a fluke. I'll find out as I continue to use it.

    I think it is a matter of degrees. Does a prius torque fill to the extent the Maclaren does? Of course not. But it does torque fill.

    Racing development eventually translates to production. The Toyota Le Mans car technology will eventually be seen in the next "supra" and will also impact the next "prius". It s great.
