    Some dealership repair the person
Body of the vehicles and do not disclose. Rub your fingers and the edges and try to check for rough spots that probably were sided down right due to shifty bodyshops. Just my two cents

Like has been said before, its the same paint. The white just looks different on differnt body panels. Combination of the way the light interacts with it and the different body panels.

I agree with this, mine also looks different in the shade compared to bright sunlight. But it is not enough for me to worry about.

My 2006 looks like that in certain light. Sometimes my front fenders don't look like they match 100%. I've gotten over it...

Body parts have clear on them,, plastic no clear ... All body parts should match. Last time I was in for something on a toyota lot I parked the 07 right next to a new one ..When I came back out I had to stop about 30 feet away.. They were not the same White. Mine is a white, white the new one was more of a cream or ivory. The new one said 040 on the window sticker..
Next time I go in for something Im going to take the good cam. & see if I can park next to a new one .

I just got a new company truck, 2014 Tacoma Reg cab. I swear the bed is a different shade of white than the cab.

Previous truck was an 09 Reg cab. Never noticed this until I got hit behind the rear wheel and had the entire bedside replaced. Not surprisingly, the paint appears just a tiny bit off.

Looking at both trucks parked in the lot at work at the same time, and looking at the undamaged side of the 09, I am not so sure that it isn't just a lighting condition that is making them both look that way. I think I may just be focused on it since the 09 was wrecked.

It has happened to a family member of mine who bought a brand new GMC van. Five years down the road and the repainted fender and sliding door faded out, rest of the van was fine. Close inspection you could see the tape lines on the sliding door (two tone paint).

Might be worth taking it to a body shop and ask their opinion if it's been messed with, but I doubt it if it's the same on both sides.

I had a 2006 Mazda 6 that was white. I swear the front bumper and grill were a different shade of white than the hood. White is very hard to match and if different parts were painted at different times slight variations could show up. This probably doesn't help but at least you know your not just seeing things.

Take it to a body shop and put a mill thicknesses Guage on it. It detects how thick paint is. Can only be used on metal parts.

Say toyota is painting white all day monday. Total of 100 cars. If you take the door off truck 100 and put it on truck 1 the color will be completely different. This is from pigments of color settling in the large paint vats. I bet the beds are painted completely different then the truck.

The way the paint matches from metal parts to plastic is very drastic sometimes. It's usually really bad on cheap cars. Older civics and vans can be really bad the front/back bumpers bumper can be way off.

It's especially bad on blues and reds.

This. Any decent body shop can measure the thickness which will tell you if the door was repainted. If it was, I would take it back to the dealership with the results. That would drive me crazy on a new truck.

Check all jambs, gas door, wheel wells, under truck, and around trim for over spray.

It looks to me that access cab door and bed side match, and drivers door/fender and rear flare all match.

Dealers and transport companies damage vehicles more than we all think, so repairs could have been done.
