I've heard some vehicles you can't use the pumpkin. Just wanted to be sure. I too use the spring perch if I'm lifting only one side.

Good luck with your new job. Beacon Hill is nice, I went to Suffolk University for two years. Parking is next to impossible and the walk from North Station (I was living in Danvers) is not too far, but COLD in the winter.

    Hope you do well there.

Congrats on your new job Billy!

I need to take a risk and find a new job somewhere out of RI.

Agreed. My favorite thing is that they only accept cash and charge for refills...who does that these days? I always forget and when I see the bill, I'm like...really?

Every so often though, it's a great change of pace. When I was a kid I lived close enough to Lynwood to get pizza from there, get it home and still have it hot, plus I had relatives in Randolph. Nowadays I'm too far away, and it's not exactly an eat-in place. My office briefly moved to Stoughton, so I indulged once for memories sake.

I'm bummed Christos ended up closing, although they're supposedly opening a takeout place in Whitman. My house is close enough to Cape Cod in Brockton that I can get food from there and get it home still hot. Before I would get it at one of the satellite ones (Bridgewater/Raynham) and while it was getting better as the pans were seasoning, it was never the same as the restaurant.

Tonight's shift has been dawn of the god damn stupid under-aged teenagers.

A kid comes in and turns in a few $2 scratch tickets. He asks for some cigarillos and I ask for an ID. He doesn't have one. He went out to the car, his buddy comes in (he was the driver of the car) and asks for 2 $2 tickets and some cigarillos. I asked for his ID, "nope I don't have one" "so let me get this straight, are you driving without a license, or are you underage and trying to buy tobacco products and lottery tickets?" *silence* "if you don't know the answer, I'll give you two options. 1. Leave and don't come back unless you have a valid ID, or 2. Keep sending friends in from your car trying to get past me, I'll take your plate number down, and the cops will let me know if you're old enough to buy those cigarillos and tickets."

    They left.

Moral of the story; I guess people think I'm stupid?

Either they're stupid or think others are..I'd say a bit of both.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
That's true from that angle but from most angles it sits too far off the body.

And a kid just tried to get into something after I called him out on stealing a fucking $0.99 cup of noodles. They were on their way to a concert in Worcester. Not no mo! Got his plate number because he started swearing and yelling at a female customer I was helping (called him out as he tried to walk out the door) and so he started swearing at me, she said there's no need to swear, and he called her lots of things that turn into asterisks on this forum...

    Cops got em

Lol the ATM on the takeout side has some crazy fee to get money out.
I used to go to Christos a lot when I was kid . My mom loved going there.
