Alright. This is how I have it wired up now.

And I'm still getting 4's all the way across.

Anyone else have a CB that's within spec and wouldn't mind showing me how they grounded it?

Grind down some powder coat and ground the mount. Then get back with us.

Woo hoo! FINALLY got my CB working! :woot: Also tried to install my 1" diff drop, but when I lowered the diff, it rested on the crossmember before it was low enough to put in the spacer. Does this mean I don't need it? Here are some pictures of my CV's for reference.

You don't really need those diff drops. When I had mine on, I broke a CV. Since removing them, I have not.

There was a grey single cab that was lifted and had fiberglass fenders that passed me on 820 yesterday. Any idea who that was?

There's an "Adventure [something]" red/orange DCLB running around Dallas with a bunch of work to it. Nice plate rear bumper with a tire swing/jerry can storage.

Saw it at Harbor Freight off Skillman this week.

Anyone know if he's a member here?

I'm probably leaving on the 26th as well depending on when my buddy is flying into Albuquerque. I have to be there to pick him up. If the days match-up lets convoy. Albuquerque is a 15 hour drive (l want to do it in a day) from Houston, so I plan on a 0' dark-thirty departure outta here.

The insurance totalled my truck yesterday after I hit some black ice a couple of weeks ago and slammed into the concrete median. Turns out I pushed in my frame and bent it at an angle. I released it to the salvage company yesterday, so now I'm Tacomaless and on the hunt for a new Tacoma...

SAS is 95% done. I have to get the driveshaft lengthened to be done with that part. I am waiting till I finish putting F150 leafs in the rear. I have all the hardware to get the shocks relocated tomorrow. Overall the rig is coming along pretty nice now that I have nights/weekends free to work on it. I'm looking forward to Jambo with the solid axle, 4.7 gears, and upgraded rear suspension.
