    I hear this. I kept thinking I was going to SAS the truck along with a tonne of other mods. I've finally let go and just accepting it can do what it can do. I've been considering a Heep again for the solid front axle but the last one burned me pretty bad. Hence why my Tacoma is my "Jeep Recovery Vehicle." ;)

    Eventually, I may do what Scott did. Get a hold of a LR DiscoII on the cheap and rebuild it. I keep thinking maybe a '97 Landcruiser but everytime I pull up next to one on the road, I realize how damn big they are.

    The initial plan is to order a lift this week, swap wheels with the taco, sell taco parts and focus on maintenance, then the real fun begins.

    180k all highway, I was a little worried about the mileage but the way it drove and the cleanliness (not sure if I spelled that right) of the interior were so much better then a few others I had checked out.

    Soon it will look better... Damn eBay for making it sooooo easy to order parts for trucks when your drunk! I just ordered a snorkel for the Rover and should be getting the head light and turn signal soon so I can get the front put back on. Ohh yea, putting tires on it tomorrow!
