We are lucky he waited until the jail to fight...there were two brass on scene at the stop. As well as his wife and sister and I'd say brother in law but I'm not sure.

    And 3 other cops.... :anonymous:

Sure it is possible. There are 7 days in a week and you just need a high priced lawyer. :D

Okay this may be a dumb question but how do you get the winch line through a fairlead? Do you have to unroll the whole thing, disconnect from winch and then feed through the lead then reconnect? With a roller I supposed you could just take off a roller then put the roller back on but what if have a hawse?

Yes you will have to unspool take the line off. Put the fairlead on and re-spool the line. At least to my knowledge.

I figured you could do that as well. I think all the ones I have switched have gone from steel to syn line so that's why we always unspooled all the way. :D

^^this. It is also a good thing to do so you can spool the line properly. Plus with the ARB bumper you can install the bumper first and then the winch. Less weight to have to lift all at once.

Depends on the end you have. I have an AL thimble that is looped into the line on the end of mine. Only way was to unspool.

Oh cool. It looked to me like I had to put the winch on then lift the bumper onto the bumper subframe. Is it a PITA to do the winch afterwards? I was gonna install the bumper today but thought it might be wise to wait until I had the fairlead setup I wanted then do it all at once.
Oh yeah and Eric (hypoxia, we need a nickname for you cuz it gets confusing talking to you both on here and I don't like calling the other one gramps) I was gonna call you about the install but I am just making sure I have what I need to make this easy as possible.
