Got Rays truck up and running under it's own power. Got the brake lines installed and the steering lines. Still a bunch of little things to do to get it trail ready but it's moving around on it's own now and ya just gotta love that.

OK, so Ray had ordered a power steering pump from PSC and then ordered a pulley from them for the 4.0 Tacoma. Problem is the person he talked to didn't know what he was talking about and sent him the wrong pulley.

Dave, Crozhawk, had one I had sold him some time ago and that pump was identical to the one on my truck. He sent it out and the pulley that Ray needed was on it. I pulled it off with my new trusty pulley puller and put it on Rays new pump. Don't try to pull these pulley's off without the proper tools, don't even think about pressing them on without the proper tool. It'll be an expensive endeavor.

Here is the correct pulley for the 4.0 Tacoma from PSC. It is part number 2427.

Follow the rest of this post here. PSC PUMP and PULLEY

For the entire build go here. Ray's Beast
