I prefer to term mountain man :p. I still kill some of the things I eat. I have looked into vanagans though hahaha. I wouldn't sell my truck but just have it as a house. That would make me a hippy though so its out of the question.

    Fuck no!

    Question for you guys.

If I am 500 calories short of my myfitnesspal goal for calories for the day, should I make sure to get those calories or just let it be?

So eat 1700 instead of the 1200 it recommends?

I was just joking. Not sure on your goals. I would follow what they tell you to eat.

Me personally? I would eat until I was full and happy. Everyone is different so I doubt it's all that accurate.

well 1200 is extremely low amount of calories, you should really study nutrition and the human body before you dive into diets. with that low amount of calories you might experience hormonal changes and decrease in libido, i know because i've done it before. keep fats high you might be okay but anything below 50g of fat a day you are not gonna have a good time. and at 21 years old you don't want metabolic damage

Thats 1200 net, so after all my workouts and everything. So in reality I'd say I eat 1800-2000 depending on what I do that day
