    haha it's just as bad. They're great programs, but not ideal for adding muscle.

    It's amazing, but the best is 'Doug's 4 Day Split', to me. 4 days, 45 mins per workout; can't beat it.

    I had one. Chicks dig it. Especially the top bed. :D

    As for the camping thing. Get an Eno. Sleeping on the ground every night gets old. For cooking, go buy a cheapo propane grill, not one of those piece-o-shit MSR's, but an actual grill and use that. If you can, spring an extra $50 or so and grab one with the burner on the side so you can throw a pan on there for eggs and shiz.

    Yep, might sell the RTT and pick up a topper too but I also have an awesome hennessy hammock I will be using most of the summer. LOVE hammocks.

    because of your heart... do p90x... easily modified to do everything and there is a low impact version... Main goal of insanity is to increase heart rate, low rest, and back to a high heart rate, referred to as HIT (higher interval training)

    its really not that bad... a set of DBs (15s would do) one band (to simulate pullups) and the rest is body weight... best way to tone/lose weight imo
