haha it's just as bad. They're great programs, but not ideal for adding muscle.

It's amazing, but the best is 'Doug's 4 Day Split', to me. 4 days, 45 mins per workout; can't beat it.

P90X is what I did to lose the weight... couldnt gain muscle w/it

 

i did p90x too, great cardio. but that tony dude's voice is soooooooooooo annoying

I had one. Chicks dig it. Especially the top bed.

As for the camping thing. Get an Eno. Sleeping on the ground every night gets old. For cooking, go buy a cheapo propane grill, not one of those piece-o-shit MSR's, but an actual grill and use that. If you can, spring an extra $50 or so and grab one with the burner on the side so you can throw a pan on there for eggs and shiz.

 

He has a RTT he wont be sleeping on the ground

 

Yep, might sell the RTT and pick up a topper too but I also have an awesome hennessy hammock I will be using most of the summer. LOVE hammocks.

Well then I guess I'll do one of the programs to lose some weight and then hit up the gym

 

because of your heart... do p90x... easily modified to do everything and there is a low impact version... Main goal of insanity is to increase heart rate, low rest, and back to a high heart rate, referred to as HIT (higher interval training)

 

I was gonna do the t25 one.

I dont have all the weights, bands, pull up bars etc for p90x

 

Someone brought up cross-fit again, didn they?

 

its really not that bad... a set of DBs (15s would do) one band (to simulate pullups) and the rest is body weight... best way to tone/lose weight imo
