I wanna have some mounted like that! where do you have them mounted on the bed or under the bumper? And LED ones seem to be super bright I almost got a pair when they were on sale

Yeah for now you probably wont need one. Because I wouldnt imagine you having both of the lights on at once either.

I have mine mounted in my bed at the end facing back...if that makes sense? Kind of on the side rails. I'll put pictures up eventually haha. I want LED ones because then I won't have to mess with relays and all that stuff. And because they just look badass :)

I was thinking either on top of bed like that or rear bumper, not sure yet. I feel like they're gonna get destroyed on rear bumper though

Yeah so uhhh change in plans...again. I spent all day trying to wire these damn lights, but I was unsuccessful because I couldn't get a good enough ground. I spent literally hours re-wiring and wiring the whole system. I got fed up because it's just about 0 degrees (f) out. So, I still will wire them...this summer when it's about 70 out. Lol

For now, I put most of the wire that's there up out of the way but I unmounted the lights. The switch on my dash I re wired so it now controls whether the PA is playing music or not; so I don't have to change the fader settings on the radio. So I'm kinda pissed, but at the same time eventually it'll get done...cold weather just got the best of me. Time to relax now! :pccoffee:

I'll do it again this summer when it's warmer out. Probably will have better tools to work with and stuff by then too haha

Yeah, I'm not sure about it, I'll have to see and think about that one, I think I like them silver so it looks less base model

Hahah I'm lucky to have a black base model so it basically matches

I personally love black fender flares. Especially on a light colored truck..I think it looks great! But at the end of the day it's your truck :)

Yeah, may do it during summer to see what it looks like maybe, but I'm gonna be working a lot then too if I go away to college out-of-state. This whole college thing...ya. Random note, those little orange reflector things in your bumper, are those turn signals or just reflectors?

The ones in the bumper are the turn signals, although the passenger side one is busted up. It was like that when I got it though. The orange reflector next to my headlights are supposed to be the parking lights but they're currently disconnected (long story). I need to re-wire them but once again I'm waiting until it warms up

Ohh, okay, just thought the bumper ones would look snazzy as dtrls, and make the sides the turn signals, but I'm not sure how difficult it'd be to do that. Dtrls=easy, blinkers, hmm, not as easy, but not bad

Meh. Too much work for what it's worth. Plus when this goes to a trail rig it won't need turn signals
