Not your problem! Wasn't even mad, just wrote it off but nice to see it. I'm sure my change of address on 1 Feb didn't help.

    I have a few mods
well I guess I just dont find it very funny since a coworker from another crew passed away from a motorcycle accident just 4 or 5 days before that happened with the wheel spacer. I just try not to think about what happened and what could have happened and the fact that I could have possibly no longer be owning this truck and be in the hospital

When I was younger Velcro, I dropped the el camino's rear axle on my face and it smashed my head against the concrete. I could have died, rather embarrassingly, but to this day I find it hilarious.

When I was in high school we were wiring neons under my buddies mazda protégé cause you know, we were so cool and all. Anyway, I was directly under his muffler as he kept getting in and out of his car. We were using 2 screw jacks (factory trunk jacks) when one of them fell. My famous last words would have been "OH SHIT!!!!" had I not survived. Scared the living crap out of me, but I too decide to laugh about it and move on. And guess what, much like Velcros wheel spacer, it was our fault for not properly securing the vehicle, but I didn't blame the jack.

    Alfuh,

Sometimes these lessons are "hard" BUT they do "Stick"..

Neighbors walked by when I was working on the Taco and questioned the jackstand along with the 3 ton jack ;),then again when I re-checked my lug nuts with my TORQUE wrench once down ;)....The BIG conversation was WHY I BOTHERED to check out such a small noise..:D

I like my head leaving the pillow each morning to start a NEW DAY...

I was loosening the top shock bolt not realizing that was the only thing holding the rear end and it finally fell out. Funny Jason, those would have been my last words too.

Basically Alfuh, laugh it off bro. We're all give each other shit, some more than others.

Hell, my fuckin drivers front wheel and tire came off on my 85 pick up's maiden voyage. Bout 20 mph down hill braking through a tight right turn on a 3 lane highway 4 way intersection, lol. To top it off it rolled right past a cop and hit an escalade.

Trevor the farmer was in the fertilised egg business. He had several hundred young layers (hens), called 'pullets' and eight or ten roosters, whose job was to fertilise the eggs.

The farmer kept records and any rooster that didn't perform went into the soup pot and was replaced. It took an awful lot of his time so he bought a set of tiny bells and attached them to his roosters.

Each bell had a different tone so Trevor could tell from a distance, which rooster was performing. Now he could sit on the porch and fill out an efficiency report simply by listening to the bells.

The farmer's favourite rooster was old Jacob, and a very fine specimen he was too. But on this particular morning Trevor noticed that old Jacob's bell hadn't rung at all! Trevor went to investigate. The other roosters were chasing pullets, bells-a-ringing. The pullets, hearing the roosters coming, would run for cover.

But to farmer Trevor's amazement, Jacob had his bell in his beak, so it couldn't ring. He'd sneak up on a pullet, do his job and walk on to the next one.

Trevor was so proud of Jacob, he entered him in the Polokwane Country Fair and Jacob became an overnight sensation among the judges.

The result was the judges not only awarded Jacob the No Bell Piece Prize but they also awarded him the Pullet Surprise as well.

Clearly Jacob was a Pulletician in the making: Who else but a Pulletician could figure out how to win two of the most highly coveted awards on our planet by being the best at sneaking up on the populace and screwing them when they weren't paying attention.

Do you perhaps know of a Pulletician called Jacob?
