The new crib is handling the cold very well. My electric/gas bills are $30-$40 a month lower than my old house, and I have twice the space that I had at the old house.

Ran across it one time in southern Indiana 22 yrs ago on a road trip from Illinois to New Jersey. About 2AM on divided interstate and all of a sudden oncoming headlights That was a WTF moment. Luckily they passed as if we were on a two lane hwy. Called the State Police ... Don't know if they got em or not, but didn't read about any accidents.

Does that include heating the 1100 sq ft garage/shop?

yea, you have to be on something or just a complete idiot to not notice 3 "wrong way" signs or the fact your driving on the left hand side of the road instead of the right.................

One of the reasons I don't like driving in the dark in area's I'm not familiar with. Some places can be confusing in broad daylight, much less in pitch black

Hi Sue...I have been in the basement off and on going through all my stuff that we brought with us from the old house. Starting to made some headway, but it's tough to part with some things

 

It's not a bad idea as long as it is a small spacer. I had one many moons ago. You can keep the compression of the springs equal instead of cranking one down.

It's 6 of one 1/2 dozen of another.

Now I care less about being level and think only a OCD person would worry about 1/2".

 

I have a lot of my folks' and sisters stuff. It's hard going through their stuff and clearing it out. What gives me the right to throw out something that meant something to them

I need to go through my stuff and thin it out... I've collected a lot of stuff, but it multiplies in the closets Have no need or want to have as much stuff anymore. I want simpler.

 

Spent the day on Sanibel Island today, just got in. Had my toes in the sand most of the day.

 

Sanibel & Captiva are the last of the not over run nice spots spots in Fla.

 

Nice. Have a few pics from when a co-worker visits there. Beautiful place
