If it's not priced like a King Ranch that might be in my garage.

The domestics want ~ $8k extra for the oil burner.

I'm just gonna say it, I hope they put a 3.8 (modular design?) diesel in the Taco.

500 ft lbs of torque is not much in todays diesel world.

I've not been able to price the half ton on line here in the states though I did "build" one on your countries Ram website. My last Power Stroke was in the 8k range on the price premium. I like the MB, BMW & VW price structure on diesels where they are, in some cases like the MB E250, the lowest cost model.

Compared to the other diesels 40k sounds reasonable.

x2, I've always been sticker shocked about how expensive the American diesels are.

Come on OZ Canada is part of America. :)

I was at the local combined Toyota / Ford dealership in Oxford last week and the cheapest Ford diesel 3/4 ton was $57,000. The "loaded" ones were $65,000+, I just wanna know who buys these "work" trucks. Based on average income, that's about 2X the average persons pay.

I can go a ford dealership in Edmonton AB, right now and for the low low price of 89,000 drive away in my very own diesel super duty, Canadian trucks are not priced the same as U.S.
