    Story of my life!

My partner showed up like 20 mins after I ate breakfast, so I had to workout after eating 6 boiled egg whites, 2 nutrigrain bars, and an apple...my ass was moving slow today.

Took my pre for the first time in over a week. I basically felt like a crack head when I got to the gym. Ears and forehead tingling/itching. But I'm pretty sure I could have lifted every weight in that place.

I did a ton of snatches today. Knowing I had no where to go just meant I needed to lift more. They werent heavy. Just 135#. Then I did biceps for the first time in forever. It was crazy.

If you dont feel like you can lift the entire gym then your preworkout isn't working

I also have been biking into work about 3 times a week, so 14 Kms there and back.

Also taking MusclePharm Assult Pre-Workout and MusclePharm Creatine for after my workout. I have been on it for about 1 1/2 months. I noticed some gain in muscle and a decrease in weight.

    I am about 6'2, 225lbs.

    6:00am breakfast
    7:30am second breakfast at work

I usually alternate between barbell and dumbbell chest workouts.

That's one of the reasons I don't like a pre-workout. So, after a while, those sides go away? Hm, I might have to give it another trial run.

I hate that shit. There's the same group of d-bags that come in every night and workout right before I leave. There's like 6-7 of them and they all spend probably $500 a month at GNC on every supplement they offer and have gloves, wrist straps, and all the other "gym accessories." They're loud as fuck, trying to get folks attention and think they're all fuckin CT Fletcher lol. So much douche

I only take a pre-workout on days I'm dragging. A lot of folks on here use them; they work great. I just have a lot of energy all the time anyway, so coffee usually does the trick for me. Some popular ones are MusclePharm Assault, Jack3d, N.O. Explode, and C4. As far as which one is the best, maybe one of these fellas on here can help you out b/c I've only used MP Assault.

I'm taking "the curse". Gives good energy without jitters and keeps you focused.
