I have a pair of Toytec Zinc Rear Axle Shims for an AAL setup if you or anyone else needs them. They eliminate rear driveline vibrations.

I have front and rear stock TRD suspension for $150 50k on both....you'd probably be looking at ~900 installed for the ones you linked to and just for bilsteins that seems astronomical IMO.

just a heads up if you decide to do a lift you will most likely need the axle shims. also if you get new leafs instead of getting shackles or AAL you will probably need all new hardware. if you decide on just new shackles you might want to make sure that none of your bolts are seized in your stock leafs. figure out what you need before you try to install it. It will make your life a lot easier. i ended up having to install my leafs like 3x times.

thanks man but I kinda want more of an upgrade

Seems like this kit is a slight upgrade.

thanks, this is the kinda info I need. I been reading up in the suspension section, guess I need to read more lol. You got a link where I can find what I need? . Im leaning towards doing coilovers up front, Then AAL, then rear shocks. I cant afford to build all at once.

Are you wanting coilovers or just new shocks and coils to lift it? If you just want new coils and shocks and can't afford to get everything right now, just get the billstein 5100's. But, if you are gonna go that route then I'd suggest getting the coils too and just knock out the whole front at once. Be a pain in the ass to take it apart, put shocks in, then take it apart later to add coils. Or, just buy the parts separately when you can and install them all at the same time.

If im not mistaken, theres shocks, and theres coils. Put them together and they're considered coilovers....right? So im a little lost when you say " do you want coilovers or new shocks and coil springs to lift it"

I'd like to take those off your hands. Want to swing by the shop and drop them off some weekend?

I left my last ones on your springs ; )

Coilovers are the coils and shocks assembled as one piece. They can be adjusted with a spanner wrench, or whatever that wrench is called. Coils and springs can be replaced/swapped out by themselves but cannot be adjusted height-wise like coilovers.

You can do a quick google search for a more elaborate answer if you want.

Charlie, just a warning before you install leaf packs, those zinc shims from toytec are garbage. I think they stopped selling them. I had the same ones both split in half on me after a year or so. Buy the solid steel ones from toytec, they last.

Sure Charlie, if you need em they're all yours! Steel shims might be better for what you do though.

They still sell them on the Toytec website for the same price as the steel ones. Only $31.99. Just some spare parts I have laying around, nothing special. But I never had problems with them.

    Lots of expensive shit
There is coilovers, and there are struts.

Coilovers are an aftermarket upgrade, they have either an internal reservoir, or remote reservoir and are a performance based shock, with a coil and have threads for adjustment.

Struts are similar, but they are not adjustable, and are based around a cheap OE style shock. The aftermarket ones have different locating grooves to have a couple stages of ride height adjustment, but will not really provide a noticeable increase in ride quality or performance. Some companies offer different springs for struts to increase spring rate.

I sell ADS coilovers, they are a very nice shock, direct bolt in, and will increase your handling both on and off road. They run 1450 for the pair.
