    Put on 1-2 more supports on each side. Probably just 1. 4 more light tabs. Then hitting it with a satin black to tie in with the rest of the truck. Simple. Oh, and a small skid plate just below the light bar because I'm looking for a 30" or so to put there.

    Napa Eclipse calipers.
    New copper washers.

    Didn't bother cutting the dust shield. Just hammer the bitch back and fold over a part on the bottom so the calipers fit. Brakes are soooo sweet now.

    Nerfing is the act of intentionally bumping bumpers because someone won't get the fuck out of the way during a race.

    As far as tube vs plate...wow. Maybe because tube is stronger than plate? Take a piece of 1/8" flat stock and bend it around your knee no problem. Now try doing that with tubing. The strength comes from the shape, not the thickness. It's not really a difficult quandary.
