My dad is leaving his farm next week to look for property in heber area. i might be a zonie soon, kinda. Look forward to spending time up there.

When he gets something in his head, he does it. So unless the real estate websites prices are incorrect or that part of arizona is different than we expect. I'm guessing he will be moved by summer. All he wants is 70+ acres to ride his quad around, drink some beer and shoot stuff. He would prefer a hunting cabin or no house at all. His budget is upto 130,000. I figure he should find something. He has no major health issues, no need to be close to town is required and his is retired. Thats why I pointed him to arizona, and I would have a place to crash and have big ass tacoma meets. lol

 

Well heber is the right place. Lots of land out there. I dont know the prices for that much land but without a house on it im sure thats able to be done. Heber has pine trees and elk. Summer the high gets to be around 70 this summer might get a little warmer. During the winter they do get snowed on. Usually 6 to 12 inches will be around during jan to march. This winter sucked. I like to shoot guns and drink beer to. I will hang out with him! Hahaha

 

He is from California, has lived in missouri since 1986. The arizona sucky winter is just fine.LOL

Online Im seeing property in that range, but some of it is away from heber or down by show low. Told him Id stay away from show low even if it costs a few bucks extra.

 

I live in show low.

 

Haha its cool work is here so I need close. Check linden and pinedale. But anywhere between show low and heber is good area with lots of land. Im from California myself. Long beach.
