this is possibly the nicest complaint that i have ever filed. i'm chalking that up to a 6 pack and half a bottle of whiskey:

I am writing to inform you that your "2005+" dual battery tray is non-compatible with the 2012+. I spent about an hour trimming my fuse box support leg/grinding the bolt down and was forced to bend the j-hook mount back and grind part of it down to even mount the tray. When it came to installing the batteries, they do not fit right and I cannot use the top plate as the vent holes do not line up with the vents. Also, because I had to bend back the j-hook mount/hole, I can only use the front j-hook. The battery has also forced my front headlight to become unseated from it's location and changes the light's output. Please contact me to get this resolved. I have pictures of all my claims and will be sending them upon receipt of a response. Thank you for a timely response.

we normally go to bolivar or south to bryan beach/freeport. around this area, they get finicky about vehicles in the sand. SLP used to be a nice haven, but not anymore. we post beach runs every now and then. i think we had one.... 3 days ago. becky is *almost* the de facto party planning committee chair but sometimes we get wild hairs. i'm trying to get out for some early morning fishing now that it's warming up a bit and will probably be posting whens/wheres.

while i by no means HATE being a trial vehicle, i just like to know in advance. i offered layla up to URD for the 2012+ supercharger design (awaiting response). but this kinda pissed me off. i remember talking to them (ATO) and asking if it would fit (knowing the engine compartment shrank in 2012), and they said they had no problems with it so far.......

i hate liars. let me rephrase that. i LOATHE liars, especially when it comes to business, money, and my hobbies (investments). that was my biggest thing against toyota of alvin. turns out, it's actually against the law to lie about things to a consumer- it's called the deceptive trades practices act. (http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/SOTWDocs/BC/htm/BC.17.htm).

lord. i think that was a houston bs 2.0 story.... and it was a neccesity. my 4wd actuator went out at 6 months/20000 miles (see my sig for THAT story)

long story short, my 4wd actuator went out in early dec. took it in, made to site in the waiting room for about 7 hours, given a rental car, and told i would be called the next day and truck would be ready. wasn't ready the next day or the days up to like dec 31. dec 31, i went in, told the part had just arrived and my truck was in the bay being worked on and would be ready on the 2nd. went in on the 2nd and they were like "wut?" and my truck STILL wasn't fixed. i raised 7 kinds of hell, part ordered from japan, boom. fixed. there are a lot of parts i glazed over like the non-working telephone numbers, the attitudes i got from the service reps, the fact that i had a lawyer call them (hence me knowing about DTPA)... i'm angry enough tonight, so i'll stop, but that's the nickle and dime version.

That is jacked up sir. I do not understand people sometimes. Honestly it is not hard to be honest and do honest work.

My wifes blower motor went out on her vehicle about 2 weeks ago. of course it was out of warranty. I call the dealer service for dodge and ask them if they have any openings the next day. They respond with "we dont make appointments just bring it in" bullshit you dont ive made numerous appointments when i owned my ram 2500. I just told them thanks but no thanks and called up a mom and pop place that works on vehicle ac's that is an honest place. I had the vehicle back and working with mopar parts installed in less that 5 hours from when i dropped it off for nearly nothing.. Cant beat honest places that know what they are doing and its sad that most of the time a dealer service department doesnt fall into that category.

i prefer shopping/doing business with ma and pa kettle. might have to pay a bit more sometimes or wait a bit longer, but you can't beat the customer service because they actually care about the customer and their name/reputation.
