So I'm sitting on the edge of the tub filling it up for my son and he runs in with my sweatshirt and insists I put it on. I guess I was chilly? Too cute.

Already got new truck yo :)
Same here, keeps them from completely freezing on but still requires a good knock to get them off.
The Ferd moment was more than just never seize. That was an absolutely retarded spark plug design that played heavily into the problems the Tritons had and are still having. The spark plugs themselves were a shit design, the threads didn't seize, it was the bottom extension that stuck in the head.
3rd picture down, you need the bottom part, the part that sits closest to the top of the engine, on the intake runners. You can see 3 tubes in the picture, there are 3 more that you can't see on the other side. Where the 6 individual tubes meet that flat plate, you want the flat plate.

my owners manual said 100k to change them out i got a mis-fire at 80k and did them then, never a issue since. Used the cheap copper ones indexed ;)
1 piece 3-1/2" OD x 1/4" DOM with spicer universal joints for $500, could go aluminum with spicers for $325 but the OD would have to be larger and I don't have the sort of room. If anyone wants these prices and something made the shop is +1 in the area and can make anything.

Mike you have a 5.4? I hate them in everyway possible, and plugs are easy as cake. Really they are hyped up because customers are doing basic tune ups and cracking the plug in half. Best way to do it is let the truck get nice and hot, have all your tools ready. Socket, Swivel or universal 3/8, 12" extension attached to a 3/8 impact on low. Shut the truck off and take the plugs out done. Some will break I've always broken at least one. Timing Chain guides (plastic) terrible brittle plastic they crack and fall apart all the time. Timing chain tensioner becomes slacked cold starts sound like there are marbles in your engine (horrible parked on an incline) Cam Phasers are the number one cause of complete failure in a 3v 5.4 The phaser (gear) is actually two halves; one half is connected to the camshaft, one half is connected to the timing chain. The chambers, the little spaces between the vanes, create sort of a fluid coupling between the camshaft and the timing sort of like a torque converter. 5.4 is a terrible engine but the older 2v where a hit or miss, either a complete shit box dog or they are snappy when ford switched over to the HO intake manifold, but those 5.4's spit plugs out all the time.
This was a job I got when the customer stated "engine made loud noise for a week then stopped" cam phaser let go completely the chain wrapped around the crank 55k miles

What happened when the cam broke the valve said bye bye

Any of you riders have any experience with Pirelli MT66 tires(photo below)? I need to put a new set on the Suzuki (again ) this spring and I don't want to go with the Dunlop D404's again. I've only been getting 3-4k out of a set with the 404's, and I'm sick of buying tires every spring. These Pirelli's are around the same price and the reviews online are good, but I was looking for some opinions I trust.
I realize that bike tires don't last as long as car tires, but the lifespan of the 404's is ridiculous. I'm a pretty conservative rider, and I mostly use the bike to commute with during the summer. I got 9k out of the first set of Dunlops on my Ninja, and the Bridgestones I have on it now have got probably 3k on them and they still look like new.
