Yeah I've been seeing them work on it pretty steady the last couple of weeks and I'm not gonna be able to go either I just found out ill be working gator nationals that same weekend

 

Dayum, I guess a bunch of us are going to miss it. I'd like to go, but I pretty much decided no more wheeling until I have a new clutch in my truck. So unless a new clutch magically appears on my door step and installs itself by the 15th, it's a no-go for me.

Eric: your bank account will look pretty sweet, but that 80 hour work week shit sucks pond water. Sucks to be you. I did a few of those when I was your age. It's amazing how fast it'll burn you out when it seems like all you do is sleep and go to work. Makes me wonder how they did it back before labor laws were there to discourage employers from working you like a slave.

 

speaking of overtime, I had to pay for my new spindles so I managed to squeeze another 15 hours outta the generosity of the taxpayers this paycheck...wooooo hoooo. But it's not really like overtime fer me cause I only work 70 hours every 2 weeks not 80..

Uneventful "driving test" in Florida is nice

Youre tellin me 6 days in and im already toast. Working in the pouring rain for 2 hours didnt help either

 

My last "on call" week raked in 49 hours of overtime on top of my usual 40 for the week. That shit was brutal,being called out at 1am and going right to work at 7am and when everyone gets to go home at 3:30 not this guy,and did that for 7 days.But I bought a pop up for the family instead of a lift for the taco. The wife was very impressed with me lol.

 

I'm gonna be there on standby incase there well goes down but if nothing goes wrong I'll just be watching the races

 

I just lifted my brothers jeep for him Sunday and was gonna convince him to let me borrow it that weekend but that's not gonna happen now

 

What are the dates for the gator nat's
