    Do the comics mention him being a high functioning autistic? I only ask due to the fact that the producers/directors/whoever stated that they are going to follow the comics more closely. In the comics, he wasn't a scientist, either...so that part remains to be seen...

    There isn't a consistant timeline with turning. Amy took a good 8-10 hrs as she was bit early in the evening and turned in the morning if I remember right

    Pointdexter from Woodbury, what was his name that killed Andrea...hard to say the timeline there, few hours

    Merle was fairly quick, few hours

    Shane there was a time lapse thing going on, I think he was a 6-8 hrs because it was early into the night when he was stabbed, and the farm was burning at Dawn.

    I could be wrong. Just pulling this from memory and my ass.
