    somehow in my sleep I turned my alarm off this morning (4:45am) and missed the gym :frusty: and woke up at 6:30. Kinda pissed for doing that.

    I need an autoinjector of preworkout to shoot into my veins when my alarm goes off to help me get up!

    I usually get fiber bars, which is pretty much just granola and peanut butter, but the store was out, so I figured I'd cheat this week.

    Yeah, I knew the pre workout sides weren't bad, I just didn't know they diminished over time

    Does anyone have a power rack or power cage at home? My wife and I are getting ready to outfit our garage with some gym equipment. I dont want the cheapest shit but I dont want to spend a ton of cash either.

    We're gonna do a simple set of dumbbells
    an adjustable bench
    a set of bumper plates (10's, 25's, and 45's)
    Oly bar
    and either a squat rack/bench rack or a power cage.
    and a few odds and ends like a sandbag, a few kettlebells, a few resistance bands

    I went with squat stands and built a pull up bar separate. Reason being is that it's easy to move squat stands out of the way and I could adjust then for bench. Plus, cheaper.

    Yea Ive thought about the stands but one of the reviews I read talked about when doing bench if you rerack to hard it could tip the stand back out of the way. I guess i could just put a couple plates or sandbags on the legs if needed.
