Hopefully, you didn't break anything except the bars-or did they break before?

Looks like the problem is they haven't quite worked out the issues with full floating handlebars.....still work best attached to the bike. Bummer, I've actually had this happen although it was luckily not in a critical moment somehow and didn't cause crash but did really suck trying to get back to truck riding with half a handle bar. My brain was like, WTF are you doing? This isn't right. Was also the left side so I could still shift to work gears a bit to limp back without walking the whole way. I imagined it as the same way a person would feel trying to ride a bike if they had lost an arm.

Did you guys see that 27 trek bikes were stolen out of a demo can in Italy? Seems like it's happening more and more

Wow. That's like the second bicycle demo van I've heard about. Maybe the third or fourth between bikes, motos, and karts.

Wasn't one of the Fox vans jacked too? With some pre-production gear in it?

Hey Jordan, how's the war wounds? As bad as you anticipated?

im gona give them one more chance haha

ill find out tomorrow, most of it was just bruises and some light sprains that were only really bad for a day or so, still sore but i know nothing broken so its not too bad only thing thats worrying me is the medial side of my right knee, doest hurt really bad but doesn't feel stable and has some unusual play in it i don't like. hoping its something minor and not an MCL sprain  haven't taken a good crash like that in several years since i did this haha

Yeah. Knees are fragile things. Sometimes all it takes is time to heal. I've been lucky in that regard:cool:

ill let you know bro, thanks for the offer! I'm a KINE major so i kinda got an idea what it is, just want to have it confirmed tomorrow by a professional or be told its nothing serious…i have most the symptoms of a first degree medial collateral lig. sprain i can guarantee nothings torn, its tender to the touch but the weird thing is no pain walking and hardly any swelling, the only thing sketching me out is it feels like its unstable and does have some like i said not normal side movement…i know knees are nothing to mess with and i don't have any experience with having a knee injury so even if its nothing and just a minor contusion or something id still rather wait to have it confirmed…better to be safe than sorry. ill find out in the morning hopping its just a little battered up and can get the go ahead to start riding again next week, luckily we finally got a real rain storm coming here on the central coast thats gona last thru the weekend so i won't have any temptations to go ride haha

Funny, I am tempted to go ride when it rains. Not downhill stuff but some nice XC in the right places is good for the soul. Not talking about swamp tour total mudfest either, although that is fun on occassion too. All in the right spot allowed wet ride trails of course. There are options for all kinds of wet rides where I live that don't involve trail closure or destruction.
