Haha I don't want something like zip ties or stuff like that. If I have to use some type of tie downs then I will use zip ties.

I don't quite understand your last question...I was just wondering if anybody had come up with something better that was similar to these

    No lol

    Close. IH8MUD.com

5 relays and 5 fuses. So 10 accessories total. I'm going to have it hooked up to a 150amp circuit breaker as well.

Technically 5 independent fuses. I just got the configuration that had him wire that additional wire to use for the switches.

Looking back at it now I would have paid the extra $10 for longer power line and paid extra to have him prewire the other 4 fused spots. That way I wouldn't have to do it myself and buy the extra pieces required.

The extra techflex sleeving, driver side seat panel, cup holder tabs, and extra crimps/plugs for the relay box should be here today.

Just have to buy some more wiring, and then wait on my switches to get here so I can start on the wiring project....

So I wanted to show a friend of mine how to make wires to put in the open slots on the relay boxes we have. Here are the pics...

The two parts you need. You can only buy the seals in packs of 100 and the terminals in packs of 50... Haha

    Cable seals: http://www.waytekwire.com/item/39001/DELPHI-CABLE-SEAL--GRAY/

    Crimps: http://www.waytekwire.com/item/31075/METRI-PACK-280-SERIES--FEMALE/

    The two pieces

    The order they go in....

Now they make a special tool to crimp these, but they cost over $100!

So I used my fancy needle nose pliers to get the job done! Haha

    DSC_0004 by PcBuilder14, on Flickr

Then I just pulled the seal back and soldered it for a good connection...

Then you crimp down the seals with your fanciest pair of pliers you have

    DSC_0018 by PcBuilder14, on Flickr

then just insert them into the blank slots!

Also some parts came in from Camelback. Didn't realize I needed to order 4 of the same part number instead of just one for my cup holder tabs...

got the new driver side seat trim on though...

You'll need 40 to fill the whole thing. 10 of my spots don't get used because of the configuration it's wired in. I've got 45 left so I'll sell you 40 if you want them. That'll leave you room to screw up 10 of them haha

Haha I haven't done any wiring in a while... Was enjoying it at first, but after the 15th stripped wire and 10th crimp I was getting tired of it.

At least I didn't burn myself with the soldering iron this time! :D

I'm assuming the red and black daisy chained wires are for the on and off lights right? That's how I'm plannin to do mine

The black is the ground for the upper and lower LEDs in the switches.

The top red daisy chained wires is the power for the switches.

The lower red daisy chained wires is for the power to the LEDs in the switches.
