Whats a leg day it was supposed to be leg day but there was moisture in the air so it was a no go

 

I do two leg work outs between rest on all my upper workout. I tried doing the leg day only and that never worked out. I know, it makes no sense but I have gained 40 lbs in mass in a span of three years of consistently working out.

sounds reasonable enough to me I was gonna do them today, but with all this crap going on in the Ukraine, I dunno man....

I thought about going to a routine where I hit each muscle group twice a week, but I don't wanna be in the gym for more than 4 days a week. I already hit arms twice a week, but I'd like to try everything else twice a week, just to see what happens, but I'm too lazy.

 

1: Chest, Triceps, Abs
2: Legs, Shoulders
3: Back, Biceps, Abs
4: OFF
5: Chest, Triceps, Abs
6: Legs, Shoulders
7: Back, Biceps, Abs
8: OFF
Usually run for 10 minutes to warm up before.

 

First off, just stare at her face. Like I said butter body. Secondly, indeed how can I focus on legs with the Ukrainian man hunt for that doucher of an ex president going on?
