I'm going thru my midlife fuckin crisis, I'm reverting back to my childhood. I sat down with my kids the last 2 weeks and built legos for fuck sake and had a blast. Then pulled out the ole Lincoln Logs and had a heyday with that.

Glad to see you are introducing her to some of the best cartoons ever made! Today's cartoons suck with the exception of a few that are on qubo. When my niece and nephews stay with me, I refuse to let them watch spongebob and most shows on the Disney channel cuz it's so freaking mind numbing.

Saturday mornings use to be awesome with nothing but cartoons on. Damn I miss those days

We use to build the forts and we had the plastic cowboys and indians and set them up then have a war.

Other times we would set them up and sit across the room with our bb guns shootin the shit out of the plastic army men off the linciln log forts.

GOOD TIMES

 

I miss Saturday mornings in the 70's and 80's....such good times. Building a fort in the living room, having Lucky Charms (magically fuckin delicious) and watching Hanna Barbera toons and Looney Toons, etc. MORE GOOD TIMES!!!!!

I'd build elaborate fortresses on both sides for me and my sister with towers and shiz for the soldiers. Then we would sit back with 3x's, a single in the middle and use singles to launch them at each others area seeing who could demolish who first.
