Idaho BS thread in the PNW

ya. its really fucking annoying. the weather is turning beautiful here, there are motorcycles everywhere and this is the last thing holding me up before i can put it all back together and get riding

a stupid gasket and a stupid seal behind that stupid fan. The problem is the rest of it is plastic, and it can be brittle after so many years. So i have to be cautious how i go about getting the fan off or I destroy the blades and set myself back even further

 

thats what im thinking. ill call the guy here soon and get them, then start ordering the front hangers and bushings...wait. if they are new i might not even need to fuck with bushings like everyone else, which is the biggest pita with these things it seems. so then i really only have to order the front hanger, and get the rear shock cross bar and shock tabs fabbed and ordered and I can start planning the assembly. Still hoping my friend has the rear frame boxing plates i can snag

None of them will be new. Don't cut corners, replace them when they are out now to make them last as long as possible in the truck.

There's a guy in my unit who is only 35 but he looks like he is in his 50's and he is always getting harrasses about how it was during the revolutionary war or civil war, etc. Haha it's hilarious!
