ouch, sorry to hear hope she gets better! the hospital in Monroe isn't any fun for sure!

 

I am going for silence on here for the next few days. I won't be back until sometime Monday night at the earliest. No interweb connection, just my dumb phone for calls and texts.

 

Ya definitely not my favorite hospital. And Ive been to a lot of them. She is home now and doing really good though she told me she hasn't touched the pain meds yet since she got home last night!

I was thinking of coming down to Methford. My nephew is playing basketball down there this weekend for playoffs. They are playing at Cascade Christian... so I might be down that way.

That story was tough reading, from all the crap the reported thew in the report.

I am surprised that the thief was able to use a key, unlock the rig and drive away.

I think that when someone finally gets their stolen car back, they should be able to drag the thief behind it thru a field of horse and cow shit for hours on end. Either until the victim gets bored or the thief is dead. I still love the line from Toby Keith's beer for my horses, "Find a tall oak tree, round up all of them bad boys Hang em high in the street for all the people to see".

Not really sure how a bed, tv, 3 hot meals, daily showers and plumbing is supposed to be a deterrent. Lots go in with a minor in street douchery and come out the grand wizard of fuck all who "have" because I from the streets dawg!

I like chain gangs, farm labor, street clean up you know. You try and escape, a nice 30 cal round thru your back without a warning might deter all who try.

And yes I understand some people change and that's awesome. I am speaking generally that I think our system is too easy. We don't really have real help for addicts and gang bangers just get PhD's in thug life from prison.

Anyone ever do the McGrew Trail in Oregon?

Used to be apart of this thread, wasn't to active on it but am coming home on pre deployment leave and am thinking about doing it. Heard its pretty rocky but there are a lot of by passes. Thanks guys
