Both, but nothing off road. salesman in the back seat and around town.. something is going on with snow white thinking hard about letting her go. 3 tech's spent a hr each on her today & could find nothing wrong .. she locks in park has no turn singles and air bag lights are on yet throws no bad codes

 

so I just added up all the monies I spent on my goodies...........$2911.48 total....*sigh* my wallet hurts right now

Then messed up and didn't reverse enough coming back down, then I locked the rear, and tried to go back up half way down....Big mistake, lol burried her up to the diff...lolIt was really bad driving on my part, felt like a rook out theree

 

Wait until you go to put all that crap on. Then your back will be hurting as well, lol. Maybe a few knuckles as well.

Well, you're young yet so I'll allow you your delusions for now.

The fun part to me comes AFTER all that work is done and I get to go test out my new parts. Personally, I hated every minute of installing my new suspension. However, I loved every minute I spent using it after it was on.

Edit: in fairness, I was out there doing it in August when it was stupid hot though.

oh haha I know lol, putting my spacer lift on was a pain, but im not doin it all by myself, getting help from a buddy over in pensacola

 

There was a really good video that came up in the suggestions after Jason's was done featuring a rare standard cab 2nd Gen 4WD open/open git'n 'er done. Little truck was impressive and it looked like a lot of fun where ever it was. Sounded like the far north from the guy's accent. Truck REALLY needed sliders though.

 

Price is mostly the d44s and the front and rear tru lock lockers it comes with. So.....

Get the RUBICON! Then go on offroad EVO and buy the long travel kit and go flex the life out of it.

 

Have to get what I want right off the lot..Other half is funny she will say yes to something nice or real nice off the lot but would not spend 50$ to change anything out..We are still wanting to move up to the panhandle so hope I can find out whats going on with the taco for now. Hate to get into big truck payments looking for a house. Its always something

 

I hear ya man. I'm between getting a daily driver and possibly a new place and/or job and it's never the right time. Good luck with your truck though.

 

Just life, Houses are going back up But with the low interest rates they are still a hell of a deal. 3/2 in a working class hood will just about always go up + in 5 to 7 years if you are ready to step up you can always turn it into a rental. We crapped away a lot of $ as we were renters from 71 till 1980. Should have bought young but looking back is always EZ.
