    looks like they finally started riveting those red pieces on so they stop falling off............ my buddy has a set on his Titan and has hated them since he bought them. I think on day one a couple of those red things fell off. His were held on with crappy foam tape LOL

    They are interchangeable so I would guess some hex bolts or something like it with a little loctite.

    I think you meant hex socket head cap screws.

    Saying cap screw is like saying you drive a car not a Toyota Tacoma.

    There are many different kinds of cap screws, and the head style is what determines the proper name of the fastener. :D
