I've never tried it, so I can't say anything yet. I'll give my unprofessional opinion next week.

    Take it back

Uhm chains is not crossfit at all. Put 205 on and then add chains. As you lift the bar, the chains continuously add weight. Which means if you start at 205 on the bottom, and you added 60 lbs of chains, you'll be at 265 on the lockout. Its strength training plateau busting at its finest and furthest away from crossfit as possible.

I didnt mean chains was crossfit just that janky ass setup zack posted with a dumbbell and a elastic rope. Chainz are for men elastic bands belong in the womans section with the yoga mats

Bands are excellent for training lock-out power.

I incorporate a speed/dynamic day in between my heavy days.

You just need to make sure you have the proper set up and bands.

We aren't talking aerobic/jazzercize bands. Power bands like these:

I have bands and love em. Mostly use them for warming up and some stretching. Cheap accessory with tons of benefits.

    Wrong again.

Bands make the lift more difficult not easier.

Pulleys are used to make the movement/weight easier to do. Complete opposite.

I'm getting close to being done with the 2lb jug of optimum nutrition gold standard and I'm think about trying the musclepharm combat next since it feeds the muscles longer with the casein. I don't know if it's the mixture of the protein and oatmeal every morning but not to sound nasty but my gas smells raunchy lately. Since this is whey, will the musclepharm combat be the same or will it cut down on the gas

I have put on 10 lbs since I started so I am making progress. My goal weight is 170

Haha the dreaded protein farts. I don't think there's any getting rid of that.
