It should, airbag sensors are not in the bumper. They are in the frame below your radiator I think...

The airbag sensors are based on deceleration not impact. So the bumpers don't effect airbags.

This bumper would look amazing on this truck!

Aluminum is naturally a little less in strength in comparison to steel but we have re-enforced these in multiple areas to improve the strength which gives this approximately 3/4 the strength of the steel version now by cutting the weight over 70lbs (your truck will thank you lol).

Are you talking about the mounts to secure the bottom of the grille? Most people that go to a plate bumper just drill a couple holes to secure it since the plate bumpers don't extend under the grille.

Powder coating is an option for $200. We use a local company for this. We like to encourage customers to use a local shop next to them though to hopefully avoid any shipping damages that might incur.

Shipping will go freight and will need to be shipped to a business with a forklift but going to Ohio you are looking somewhere around $200.

I hope this helps and we are looking forward to working with you on this!

Can we get a close up shot of where the fender meets the bumper? In some of your photos, there seems to be a slight gap.

Ok, Getting closer to pulling the trigger on this. Agree on the powder coating. Would hopefully be able to color match to Silver Sky Metallic locally. The lower LED Bar is the last of my worries, I will find somewhere for it or put it somewhere else.

On the attached Picture, it looks like your skid is integrated into your design, is that true and if I need that as well, what part # will work with this bumper and is there a combo discount to buy it at the same time?

These fenders were modified to help them flow with a plate bumper a little better. Typically, these style fenders are used for a tube style baja bumper which is why we had to modify them (not something we would tackle again). There is a slight gap because of this.

Thanks for your purchase!! I will PM you and see what we can work out :D

At this time we want to keep the welding of these bumpers in house in order to ensure quality control of every bumper produced.

Thanks for your help in answering! We really appreciate it!

Just shipping a t-shirt to Hawaii is super expensive - unfortunately the shipping costs are out of our hands :(

Give our sales team a call tomorrow for a shipping quote and see what we can figure out for you.

What timeframe are we looking at for the 05-11 bumper? And what shipping company do you use? Looking for a shipping est for Fort St. John BC Canada. I can maybe figure out shipping if you wanna save yourself 30 seconds. And I could not quite tell, there are holes or tabs on the bumper as recovery points that you would put a Clevis through right?

Just color matched it with good old fashioned paint :)

Thanks! We are so excited for the launch of this aluminum line!

We are in the R&D phase and are hoping to have the 05-11 version ready by the end of March. We use a variety of shipping companies to get the best price but you will have to call our sales team at 951-928-4777 with a business address so we can get an accurate quote for you. These do have two points for clevis mounting.
