    this was from LA when that cop dorner was on the loose. two older mexican ladies delivering mail were mistaken for the stocky black dude and the cops just unloaded on the truck. all those bullet holes and only two hits. both occupants survived.

    Civil tort attorneys refer to LA as "the bank" and even if they have a case involving Orange or San Bernardino Counties, they will try to get the case filed in LA because LA juries tend to be generous.

    But even the bank has its limits.
