Progress on my bumper, got everything tacked together and ready to fully weld and grind.

True, although I'm sure if you wait another year the price will come down on the light bars. Wait for a group buy.

 

So what is going in the gap on the sides? I have looked at how to do a bumper on my wife's 4 runner and those sides have always been a road block.

 

What brand do you guys like? I know rigid is the big name around here, but they're just ridiculously expensive - I don't think I can buy one on principle. Some of the asian knock offs are a little cheaper, are they any good?

The 32's I have been running this winter fit underneath still, but once I put the summer MTs on I have I will put it inside the back, that is where I have had it for the past year. Eventually I am going to build a swing out tire/can carrier, but probably not until next winter. I may build a carrier that mounts in the hitch receiver as well for the short term when I need the extra space inside.

 

The pieces from the OG bumper, seen in the next pic, just sliced it up.

 

I got a single row 24" from Toytec from a brand called LED Warehouse. It's a private label Rigid brand. I haven't had it long but so far it has been great. It's gonna get some film here soon.

Oh ill be out for at pattys day. I have to top my last time out. I got into the parade dry humping the mammoth mascot with my buddy chasing me yelling "stop or don't I'll go to jail with you" hahaha.

 

LOL! I was telling Petra that I think I will skip the parade this year. Last year took me 3 days to recover. I think I might be getting old.

 

Yeah I have a baby sitter for Riley. Soooo it could be a bad year for me hahah.

 

OH CRAP! Well I think I am installing a bumper that day so keep my number handy should you need to bail out. Or take the light rail south and I will get you at the Littleton station. :-D
