Yeah you can if they are new to start. However the rubber rollers are more forgiving in the corners then the steel. The syn line can get pinched in there. The steel edges could still fray it.

That's exactly what I did, I have a few red accents on the truck. Now I have to paint the roller frame black before the daystars get here.

I want to say most of the frames are galvanized and paint does not like to stick to them. I think there is a process you can do properly prep them for paint or PC but I am not sure what that is. I have my front license plate on my rollers so you cannot see the lead anyway. So for me not a fuck was given. :D

Looks like it will get dipped then. I think I still have some from when I did my badges.

Does anyone have a stock right side mirror they're not using? Either you did a color keyed one or changed it to something else? Mine is pretty scratched up and if someone local has one for free or cheap I'd be interested. I don't need the actual mirror or anything just whatever it will take to replace the outside housing unless it's much easier to replace the entire unit. Let me know.

I think i sold mine after my dust storm claim but let me check in the garage to make certain. If so they would only have very very slight pitting, the insurance rep was the one to have them replaced i didnt even notice the damage to them.

    ill let you know tonight

I figured as much but just making sure since you were talking about microscopic pits which is kind of the texture on the OR housings anyway.

I looked at that. We are looking to spend 1500-1700. I'm not interested in paying for a title either. Thanks though dude...

These things go fast though. We just sold her 150f in about 4 hours!

So I'm going to sell my stock headlights now that I have replaced them. I know they are used and they only come with the headlight mounts, no turn signal or marker light bulb mounts, had to use those with the new ones.
They are in really good shape and last year I cleaned and polished them back to like new clarity.
I figure $100 for the pair is a good price. I'm selling both together, not willing to separate them.
Let me know on here if anyone is interested in them.

I just might be. Mine are really clouded and one of them is cracked. If I got yours I could try to restore my old one and sell or keep as spare. Will those tabs you mentioned be on my headlights or did they break off or something?

They are the light bulb sockets. If yours have working turn signals and marker lights then you should have them.
Are you still interested in the spare rim I have?
