Nice pickup! I recommend TG 3" if you go that route. I have TG 4" front and rear on my 85 and want to lower it an 1" or 2. It's nice having the front axle pushed forward to keep bigger tires out of the firewall.

Chevy 63's are a good cheap choice for the rear, should be easy to level with the front TG 3" springs.

Well it depends how much body you wanna cut. I assume since you plan to get duals that you will do some rock crawling. For that you want to stay low. I'm running the 4" w/ 37's and huge wheel offset. I have trimmed the rear edge of the front fenders and pounded the pinch weld flat. If you don't mind doing that, I suggest 3". Of course you could get 4" and take a leaf out if it doesn't settle where you like it.

what I'm thinking is TG 3" with 35/12.5's, not too sure the 36's are going to work with bed once it's lowered, the way it sits now if I were to do any flexing it would rip of the bed sides off.bed was made to fit 10" to 12" max

Did all that work and effort you spent on removing the bed give you the shakes?
