Toyota generosity-You gotta read this!!!

I'm getting TRD stickers

 

Well this sucks. Haven't received any replies back from Toyota

 

I got a free roof rack, blue tooth, and rock guard!!
......but then I had to spend $40,000 on the truck, oh well, stuff I wouldn't have had before I asked nicely!!

 

Got my reply back form toyota today,
This is what they said:
Dear Mr and Mrs XXXX, thank you for your continued interest in Toyota. we have forwarded your request for promotional items to our review team and you may expect to be contacted by a member of the team regarding your inquiry.
I update when I hear back. Props to the OP for starting this trendy thread!

 

I'm glad you guys are getting some free stuff too! Also glad I cashed my check before they figured out it was me that started all this, they probably would have stopped payment on it!!

 

Toyota will be pushing maintenance services hard now to cover the loss I'm sure!

What a let down. After telling them that I'm a loyal Toyota customer and have owned 3 Toyota vehicles for the past decade. I get a email back saying they got TRD decals, Toyota gears and TRD items available for purchase. Booooo...

I tried.

 

Our luck was gonna run out at some point

 

I emailed them Monday and told them how I have loved my tundra and 2 tacomas I have purchased over the past 5 years and went on and on about how great they were. Then I asked if they gave any accessories rebates/discounts to repeat loyal customers. I just got a response and they said they would reimburse me up to $500 for parts, accessories or service since I was a great patron! I am STOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! looks like lift kit labor costs to me! Toyota just went way up in my book!

 

Just got an email back from Toyota and the TRD decals are on there way!!

 

Got persistent. Looks I'm getting those decals in 7-10 business days

Hope your decal counter is better than mine. I had received the same email stating they were sending me 4 decals, received large envelope with only 1 decal. Guess I shouldn't complain, at least I have one and it was free.

 

Sooo, I was told 7 to 10 business days on 2/28/14. I'm guessing after being bombarded with a hundred email requests for TRD stickers the guys said F it and put my package in the shreddar?
Did people (besides mcdee) actually receive anything in the mail?

 

I got mine within 10 days or so

 

I got my sticker.

 

They offered me the trd sticker, but I declined since I don't have a trd. About two weeks later there was a Toyota hat at my door.

 

Got the TRD stickers and couple scion racing stickers.

 

Hell yeah Toyota, even though they recently just payed 1.2 billion to the government. Its hurting my stocks that I have in Toyota though

 

I got the decal and a Toyota Trucks keychain.

I emailed BF Goodrich for laughs and was told I'd get a sticker in 2-3 weeks. Three weeks is tomorrow and I still don't have anything, but we'll see.

I emailed Hankook as well and they never replied.
