30 and younger thread

I have monthly contacts. But I use each set for about 2-3 months haha

 

I been in classes or contacts since 3th grade. I’m tired of both and want laser surgery but it’s 4k. I want that more than lift or anything right now.

 

3th grade huh? You still in 3th grade now?

 

I think I got glasses in 6th grade. Only wore them in class. Now my eyes are worse now and I can't legally drive without either.

I'd look into prk as well. Not sure if it's cheaper, but some people have gotten into wrecks and the flap that was cut during lasik came apart....

 

lol. i really fucked that one up. and right when i clicked on another tab i noticed i fucked up. i got classes in 4th grade and contacts in 5th.

 

i can’t see very well with my classes anymore. i think since i hardly ever wear them my eyes have a hard time adjusting to them. i have my contacts in probably 98% of the time. i have daily’s.


may do that. both my brothers have had lasik and have not had any problems, I’ll probably just go to the doctor that did theres.

If my prescription hasn't changed in a year does that mean my eyes are stabilized

 

When I asked about it they told me 23 years old was the averaged recommended age

 

They never told me the 2 year thing. talked to them last time i was in and they said i was ok to get it done.

they told me 21 was the youngest they would do.

 

My glasses didn't work to well for the duck hunting i did (jump shooting), and i only need my glasses for distance.

 

I wear contacts. I want LASIK, but I never heard of the eye stabilizing thing.

 

I had Lasik at 23. My prescription hadn't changed in 3-4 years though. I still worry about my vision worsening over time, but the Dr's said it's very unlikely. They still say I'll probably need reading glasses when I get older.


Edit: BTW i was wearing 4.50 prescription contacts and went to 20/15 and 20/20 in I think 3 days

 

wow 4.50? damn son! my right is 3.0 and left is like 2.50

My perscription says -1.25 whatever that means haha
