You will not be disappointed I buy them by the hundreds and will not buy them anywhere else. I also by my band saw blades from them they are top notch as well.

Next time you guys order get a few carbide burrs if you have a 1/4" Die grinder they are worth their weight in gold.

Sweet! I have gone through a ton of cutoffs getting my bumper to where it is now, hopefully these last a bit longer.

Cool, I'll try some of the burrs next order. Good ones at reasonable prices certainly are worth their weight in gold in those times you need one!

What do you use for chasing plasma cut holes, Jerry? I've got some nice cobalt bits and a drill doctor to re sharpen my bits, but I can't help but think there's a better bit/tool

Leigh Valley Abrasives are the best and their products last as long as any competitor name brand.

I use viking drill bits at about 240rpm with lots of cutting oil. If i plan on drilling the hole out I under size the holes and drill them from the back side the bits last longer that way.

I would suggest at least going with the 180.

    X2
Yes it does. But for offroad truck parts, I wouldn't really trust a 110v welder. Not enough power IMO.

There's more than enough power in any of the 120 volt name brand welders. 230volts in a MIG is overkill for majority of applications.

My Miller Autoarc 120 volt welder is excellent example of a 120 volt MIG welder. Had a 230 volt Hobart and there was no advantage.

The problem with the 230 volt MIGs, is you lose the portability with 120 volt available almost anywhere.

Look like a Nema 14-50. Should be a 50A 220v plug. Not the typical you'd see on a 220v welder (usually a 6-50) but I dont see why it wouldnt work if you swapped plugs. I'm no electrician though. :p
