    oil change...
    when you have to cram in calories its hard to get low in fat also.

    I like pecans and almonds over penuts though. I usually crumble up pecans or walnuts into my protein pancakes or oatmeal.

    Started running again last week and portioning meals. Keeping up with a medium/heavy high rep strength routine but after 30 minutes of interval walking/running on the hamster wheel. End goal is to stay at 190lbs. running a 15 minute two mile. Not going for great time on the run since my terrorist chasing days are over :/

    You don't have to juice to see results from this workout. I eat like a horse. I intake 200 grams of protein a day, lots of milk, lots of healthy whole grains, clean carbs, & 200 ounces of water. I bust my ass everyday until I almost collapse... all my lifts have jumped.

    I'm 6'2", 208 lbs, and 12% body fat.

    Bench was 300, now its 330

    Squat was 350, now is 405
    Deads were 365, now it 425

    It took about two months but it works.

    Sadly my body is starting to give out on me. Gonna have to switch it up. You don't need to "juice" for this workout but it's so brutal on the body it is highly recommended.

    I try to get in close to 100 oz. during my normal work hours. Usually can finish my 72-oz. jug before it's time to leave.

    Try and drink 6 or 7 bottles of water throughout the day. & I drink one and a half of these during my workouts. Workouts usually last 2.5- 3 hours.

    I only eat right so I don't have to do cardio. That being said, I was on the road all day today and forgot to pack a lunch, so I ate Chick Fil A and Dairy Queen :anonymous:

    Ha I love Dom. At least at Chick Fil A I went with a grilled chicken club...At DQ I did bad though....double cheeseburger :anonymous:.........it was so good though. Why does everyone hate Subway? The one here must be an exception b/c it's amazing!

    I love subway. Had it for dinner. Foot long Italian herbs and cheese subway melt. That's ham, turkey, bacon, pepperoni, pepper jack cheese, and mayo. I skipped out on all the veggies :D
