    What mods have you all made to make your trucks hunting & fishing machines?

    I'm ordering a kayak this week. I'll be using a hitch extension and will probably add d-rings under the front bolts for extra strap points.

    Foglights are for fog, not oncoming traffic!
    I had to put new springs at all 4 corners to get it off the bumpstops.
    Pretty sad for a hunting rig.

    The real reason I bought my 4x4 Tacoma TRD is because my 4x2 would not go in the snow/mud. Had to be towed twice and was rutting the yard pretty bad.

    back to bone stock.
    A bed capper. Sleeping in there is nice on that first sleep at the trailhead before we pack in to hunt. My friend unload their tents. I bring an extra sleeping bag and save myself a morning packing session.

    I do need aux lighting. Driving out of the wilderness in zero light is sketch.

    Agreed. I did the mildest lift to keep my tires out of the fenders.
