    With that information there is a woman who wants to buy it RIGHT NOW for $15K...I've put a little money into it and I think that would raise it up a bit but I'm thinking of countering her offer with 16K since 15 is below trade-in.

    What do you guys think?

    (I gotta call her back today with final word today since the title is in the vault and I gotta get it before the bank closes if this pulls through)
