B: no matter how lazy i am my shit always works.

Yeah i got the weaker part i dont think that's an issue but i get it. i have the right hand tap i just need the left but no they arent that expensive youre talking to a guy has well over $70K in tools whats another few hundered even if i use them very little i love my tools.

no 1.5" will work but i want the stronger links not what will work. and bigger is better.

the joints im getting have option for 1.5" bungs im just saying id like a 2.0" bung

Edit: i just looked again 1.5" is all they offer for a 1 1/4" joint so im just going to have to build my own 2" bungs

You mean an option for a 1.5" shank? Your improper use terminology is what I believe is causing some of the confusion here.

Your edit appears clearer. What joints are you going to be running?

Bigger is better to an extent, then it becomes stupid. You better go with 4" DOM that is 1" thick

Now youre just being a wise ass. I want 2" and I will have it! Does'nt matter if i build a bung for it or just fab an adapter really fast it will happen.

Posting my opinion or the route im taking with my SAS has gained me very little usable information in this tread and if anything has started more shit than its worth so i wonder why i even bother anymore.

3" Toytec spacers, Bilstein 5100s in the back with add a leaf and overloads removed.
Probably cause you're doing it differently than everybody it seems. For example. You want a high frame height when everybody else wants as low as possible.

I know what type you are. You're the go-against-the-grain and maybe a little bit of a one-upper aren't ya? :p I would say you're wasting effort making your own adapters to run massive links but knock yourself out.

Edit: What are you trying to achieve here? You seem to know everything already. If you can't figure out how to machine an adapter to fit 2" ID DOM, you really don't know everything. That kind of shit is extremely basic.

After him helping me build my rear end, I would put him on par with Logan (Username) on here. Has his own redneck ways of doing things that seem unorthodox to others, but damn do they work. He just doesn't have the build together yet so no proof that it will work good.

Herp a derp derp. I had a brain fart. I even used those bungs from ruffstuff since my links are 2" .25 wall. I only sleeved the center 18" where the bending moment would be the greatest with the weight of the truck on the links.

Granted, 2.25" x .375 DOM on that website is like $37 per foot and I can get it locally for $15 per foot. 2.5" x .500 is probably around $20 a foot locally.
