Busted standing in front of the 20's. You're suppose to move to the end of the rack before taking selfies.

 

The mirror stops at the 35s anyway.

But this was post workout anyway, and there was no one else in there, so I figured I could take a gym selfie without bein super douche.

also in the spirit of full disclosure i got a freebee from GNC once that has a stick dude deadlifting and it says "THIS IS WHAT I DO"

 

The girlfriend almost bought me a cutoff that said "I flexed and the sleeves fell off"

 

So I caved and joined the gf at yoga tonight, I dont think I have ever sweat that much in my life

 

There's a reason yoga girls ACTUALLY look good in yoga pants.

Awful weak workout. Yesterdays front squats + Legs are still getting back into the daily grind.

Just stuff a sock in your mouth and cover it with duct tape. Same thing for less that $7

All it does is restrict breathing. The same thing can be obtained by using a snorkel, taping your mouth and only breathing through your nose, using a sock and duct tape, etc. That's like paying someone to teach you how to hold your breath.....no wonder they're so popular in the Crossfit communities.
