    I bought a rim yesterday. Black 15x8 steelie. See if it fits today, then have to get 3 more I suppose. Way tired of the clean truck after wheelin'. And I want to shove 33s on them there rims...and get 4.56 gears...and the locker....

    Gideon speaking of lockers. Looking at a few options this week. I may have found an e locker from Co part but it has stock gears in it. I can get the whole 3rd member for 300.00 plus gas to go get it and then extra for whatever wiring I need. Should I go ahead though and order a new ring and pinion for it or leave it alone until I get bigger tires when these wear down

    And that's why you don't listen to Levi. Haha but for real, depends on your situation. If you want more power and better mpg and you got $700 to drop on a gear install then make it happen at the same time. If you can't do that right away then it ain't no thing. It's not hard at all to pull the 3rd. Set the axle on stands, drain diff fluid, loosen driveshaft (4 14mm bolts), pull wheels (12 lug nuts), unclip abs sensors, unbolt hubs (8 14mm bolts), unbolt brake lines off diff (4 12mm bolts), slide hub/ axle assembly out about 4" on each side, unbolt diff (12-14 12mm bolts, or something like that) and she's out. Like an hour operation on your back in the driveway. And it will give you some experience with pulling it as well. :D
